ERP Coach – Privacy Policy

ERP Coach is a self-help app for ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) practice with SUDS logging. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

Summary

No account or sign-in required.
No ads, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers.
Your practice data and settings stay on your device.
Notifications are used only if you enable reminders.
Network access is used only when you open external links or email support.

Data Stored on Your Device

To provide core features, we store the following locally:

Practice themes and exposure levels you create.
ERP session logs, including SUDS and urge check-ins.
Practice notes, summaries, and trends.
Reminder preferences, schedules, and quiet hours.
Language and app settings.
Exports you create (CSV/JSON), saved to the location you choose.

You can delete specific items in the app or remove all data by deleting the app.

Notifications & Reminders

Reminders are optional. If you enable them, the app uses local notifications to remind you at the times you set.

Photos & Files

ERP Coach does not access your photo library. Exports are generated only when you choose to export and are saved to the location you select.

What We Do Not Collect

No personal identifiers (name, email, phone, precise location).
No contacts, camera, microphone, or calendar access.
No advertising identifiers or behavioral tracking.

External Links

The app may include links to crisis resources or support email. Opening these links is optional and handled by your device or mail app.

Children’s Privacy

ERP Coach is intended for ages 13+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Your data stays on your device within the iOS sandbox. Please keep your device updated and protected.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and publishing the new version at this URL.
